(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Chief of the Main Intelligence Directorate at the Ukrainian Defense Ministry Kyrylo Budanov has visited the frontline positions of Ukraine's Defense Forces in the Donetsk region's Bakhmut. The relevant statement was made by the Main Intelligence Directorate at the Ukrainian Defense Ministry on telegram , an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“On December 27-28, 2022, Chief of the Main Intelligence Directorate at the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, Major General Kyrylo Budanov visited the frontline positions of Ukraine's Defense Forces in Bakhmut, where special intelligence officers are working. He listened to the reports by the commanders of intelligence units, defined the tasks and presented awards to the servicemen who distinguished themselves when eliminating the occupiers,” the report states.
A reminder that, on December 20, 2022, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky visited the Donetsk region's Bakhmut, where he spoke to the Ukrainian military and presented state awards to them.
