“Every Russian terrorist attack confirms that the terrorist state must be defeated and war criminals punished. Thank you POTUS, SecDef, and the American people for another $400 million security assistance package,” the defense chief tweeted.

As reported by Ukrinform, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development approved a financing package in the amount of EUR 372 million to support Ukrenergo, the operator of the national power grid.
