Tramadol Pills And Hashish Seized At Hamad International Airport

Doha: Customs authorities at Hamad International Airport foiled an attempt to smuggle tramadol and hashish into Qatar. 

The banned substances were found in a passenger's luggage which was inspected upon suspicion by authorities. A total of 1,990 tramadol pills and 464.5g of hashish were seized. 

Customs officers are provided with all means of support including the latest devices and continuous training to read the body language of passengers and to be aware of the latest methods followed by smugglers.
