Iran MPs urges Judiciary to force Qisas penalty for charged with Moharabeh


(MENAFN) 227 Iranian lawmakers released a mutual announcement on Sunday urging the Iranian Judiciary to determinedly handle the latest protests and force the Qisas penalty for those convicted with Moharabeh.

The announcement was read by Ahmad Amir Abadi Farahani in the parliament’s open meeting. The politician stated that the latest unrest in Iran was a defensive reaction by the enemies in the fight of Iran’s broad victories.

They mentioned that the United States as well as additional enemies have been forced in the unrest and have provided weaponry as well as supporting the protesters.

They urged the Judiciary to deal with those convicted with Moharebeh in a fast pace by forcing the Qisas on them. The lawmaker also called on the Judiciary to determinedly reply to those who included in the unrest. Iranian experts have stated that the turmoil erupted following the death of Mahsa Amini was engineered by the U.S. and its associates in the West Asia area.
