(MENAFN- Emirates News Agency (WAM)) SHARJAH, 19th October, 2022 (WAM) -- The Sharjah Social Empowerment Foundation (SSEF) has launched its youth social project“Sanad Al Bayt” in the presence of Mona bin Hadda Al Suwaidi, Director-General of the Foundation, and a delegation from the Masar Centre for Training and Development from the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Masar Centre for Training and Development from the Kingdom of Bahrain supervised the preparation of the project through a studied and applied approach adopted by the British Kingston College, and the Knowledge Authority in Dubai.
The launch included a visual presentation of the project and its approach and objectives, in addition to dialogue sessions whose heroes had previously benefited from the project's rich approach.
Sanad Al Bayt targets male and female children over the age of 14, to prepare them to take over their role in the family as a support and a supporter for the mother, and to empower them with leadership concepts and skills that enable them to provide support and assistance to their mothers and brothers in the interest of the whole family.
The project is also represented in a series of workshops and enrichment courses targeting the segment of orphans and guardians, as it adds a future dimension to them in establishing important educational principles, and they have an active and influential role on themselves, their families and their community.
The Director-General of SSEF Mona Suwaidi said,“Out of our interest in empowering orphans and our belief in their capabilities, we have developed a programme that qualifies them to be responsible young men in their home through intensive workshops that provide our children with the keys to creating a distinguished social personality that has the advantages of creativity and innovation.'
