The Taliban forces' aerial shootings scattered the demonstrator women who gathered in front of the Iranian embassy in Kabul, the Afghan capital, for the death of Mahsa Amini.

Afghan women gathered on Thursday in front of the embassy of Iran in Kabul, demonstrating in support of the protests of the Iranian people. However, the demonstration was suppressed by the Taliban forces, shooting aerially.

The demonstrator women chanted“Women, Life, Freedom” and the slogans“Iran rose, now it is our turn.”

Several Afghan civil society activists, including several young poets, writers, and journalists, have pledged their support for Iran's widespread protests and maintained that resistance is the only way out, in a joint statement.

At the same time, many videos of Afghan women are circulating the social media, lauding the bravery of the Iranian women against the forced hijab and religious coercion.

The media and academic community, including professors and students, have launched nationwide strikes as the second week of the widespread protests in Iran has passed.

The Iranian President, Ebrahim Raisi, also issued a renewed warning on Wednesday, the 28th of September, and said that the demonstrators may face serious action from military forces of the country.

The demonstrations in Iran and Afghanistan come at a time when the morality police of Iran violently arrested Mahsa Amini for not complying with the country's mandatory hijab regulation. Mahsa Amini died and sparked the protests in Iran, which has reportedly caused the deaths of 79 more people.
