Industrial alliance amongst UAE, Egypt, Jordan to promote economic growth


(MENAFN) The United Arab Emirates, Egypt, and Jordan have formed an industrial cooperation with the goal of improving long-term economic development and exploring cooperative asset possibilities in key industries of "mutual and strategic interest."

Dr. Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, declared in a joint conference on Sunday in Abu Dhabi that a USD10 billion asset fund has been provided and managed by holding corporation ADQ to speed work on the cooperation across five key areas. He claimed that this is in accordance with President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan's directions.
