Short. The round table is based on the results of the liberation of the territories of Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy and Zhytomyr regions from Russian occupation by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The atrocities of the Russian invaders in Bucha became known to the whole world, they shocked the Western public. The legal community draws parallels with other facts of genocide that the world has experienced in recent decades, in particular with Srebrenica in the former Yugoslavia. The worst thing is that mass killings, rapes and robberies by Russian troops are systemic in all the territories they have seized. And this requires not only condemnation, but also the most severe punishment. What should Ukraine and the world do to make retribution for the aggressor and specific criminals a reality?
Given the Russian military aggression against Ukraine, the event will be held using video communication between its participants and will be broadcast live on the website and Youtube channel 'Ukrinform' invite representatives of domestic and foreign media.
