Bangladesh - NHTTI holds free basic hygiene course for 300 food vendors

Dhaka: National Hotel and tourism Training Institute (NHTTI) held a free basic hygiene course for food vendors under a hygiene carnival at the institute's premise on March 17.

The carnival was organised by the institute's Food and Beverage Production department to celebrate the 102nd birthday of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

300 food vendors and entrepreneurs registered for and attended the free training.

Md Abdus Samad, Joint Secretary and Director (Administration and Finance) of Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation was present on the occasion as the Chief Guest.

The event also marked Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation's milestone of completing 50 years of operations.
