Qatar - Indian Cultural Centre inaugurates ICC Women's Forum

Doha : Indian Cultural Centre (ICC) inaugurated ICC Women's forum in a function held at ICC Ashoka Hall on March 8, 2022 coinciding with“International Women's Day”.

The Chief Guest of the evening was Dr Alpana Mittal, wife of Indian ambassador to Qatar Dr Deepak Mittal. Indian School Women Principals Hameeda Kadar, Meenal Bakshi, Pramila Kanan and Asha Shiju attended the evening. Hope Qatar, Center for Special Needs Coordinator Geeta Shohi Isaac was also present.

A common platform for all Indian Women, to share knowledge, talent and skill, ICC President PN Babu Rajan explained the management committee's intent on creating the ICC Women's Forum.

The celebrations began with lighting traditional lamps, dance performances by ICC Women forum and Kerala Women's Initiative Qatar (KWIQ)s and followed with cake cutting by Chief Guest and other invitees to mark the inauguration of ICC Women's Forum.
