Saudi Arabia’s Tourism Development Fund to inaugurate USD80M tourism scheme


(MENAFN) Saudi Arabia’s Tourism Development Fund has partnered with Al-Ameen Real Estate, a subdivision of the country’s Al Nahla Group, to initiate a 300 million Saudi riyals (USD79.9m) tourism scheme in the city of Taif.

Called ‘Taif Front’, the 100,000-square-metre place is going to be positioned in Taif in Al Khalidiyah district of the country. It is going to involve classy housings with over 150 rooms, and finest retail and entertainment services involving food and beverage markets. The place is also near tourist spots like King Fahd Park, the biggest garden in Taif.

According to TDF’s chief executive Qusai Al-Fakhri statement, “this signature mixed-use destination in Taif reflects our commitment to developing untapped tourism destinations in line with the National Tourism Strategy.”
