Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed a Decree appointing Ruslan Zhaksylykov as Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Trend reports referring to the decree.
By the order, Ruslan Zhaksylykov has been relieved of his post as Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan – Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard.
