Around 65 percent of UAE workers to change their job in January-June period

(MENAFN) Based on a recruitment consultancy Robert Half, around 65 per cent of workers in the UAE intend to search for a new work opportunity during the period of January-June of this year as businesses speed the process of their hiring schemes and the jobs market goes back to its levels before the coronavirus.

Along with the 31 per cent employees who were searching for new roles positions the end of last year, 15 per cent are going to begin their hunt for a new career in the first three months.

Based on the survey, which questioned 500 workers in the UAE between December 15 to December 20, an extra 19 per cent are going to search for a new position in the period from April to June of 2022, which for many are going to stick to a yearly bonus payment.

According to Gareth El Mettouri, associate director at Robert Half Middle East statement, “offering your current and prospective employees competitive pay and benefits is important for both retention and attraction but offering flexibility through remote or hybrid working is becoming more and more important – especially when you are employing expats.”
