The head of the War College of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan, Lieutenant General Heydar Piriyev, met with a delegation led by the rector of the Turkish National Defense University, Professor Erhan Afyondzhu, Trend reports citing the Ministry of Defense.
According to the ministry, it was emphasized at the meeting that the relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey are fastened by the bonds of friendship and brotherhood.
It is reported that the parties discussed the prospects for cooperation in the field of military education.
Also, it was noted that important steps will be taken towards expanding mutual ties.
In addition, the guests viewed the military education system in Azerbaijan.
