China: Commercialisation of science creates specialised technology directors

As mentioned in a statement issued in 2021, a sum of 3,450 universities and research institutes in China inked 15,035 deals to commercialise their research results in the model of technology transfer, licensing and investment in 2019, a rise 32.3 percent year over year.
