Shanghai witnesses upsurge in new yuan loans
(MENAFN) New yuan credits in Shanghai reached 567 billion yuan (USD87.64 billion) at the end of last month, 224 billion yuan more than the same period of 2020.
The People's Bank of China Shanghai Head Office revealed that new yuan deposits hit 822.6 billion yuan in the first six months, 296.1 billion yuan less than the same period of 2020.
The balance of credits in Shanghai hit 9.12 trillion yuan at the end of last month, increasing 11.1 percent from the same period of 2020.
The balance of credits in Chinese yuan hit 8.37 trillion yuan at the end of last month, increasing 11.1 percent annually.
