Social media firms delete posts linked to Jerusalem


(MENAFN)Facebook, Instagram and Twitter have allegedly edited, additionally as deleted posts and hashtags linked to the recent worries in occupied Jerusalem.
"Instagram and its parent, Facebook, have been censoring posts related to Sheikh Jarrah for at least the past day," independent website Mondoweiss, which is dedicated to informing readers about improvements in Israel, Palestine and linked U.S. foreign policy, stated on Twitter.
It also retweeted a post that stated Instagram has limited posts with hashtag #Jerusalem in English and Arabic.
Users on Twitter condemned social media firms for editing content linked to Sheikh Jarrah.
