BEIRUT, March 5 (KUNA) -- Lebanon on Friday reported 52 deaths from the novel coronavirus and 3,202 people tested positive in the past 24 hours.
The death toll climbed to 4,971 and total infections to 390,053 the Lebanese Ministry of Health said in its daily report.
As many as the total recoveries rose to 304,191 since the outbreak of the pandemic, while medical tests hit 20,703 in the last 24 hours, it added.
The ministry continued the vaccination campaign at several medical centers across the country. (end)
