(MENAFN)Authorities stated that forest fires have protracted of control in Perth, the fourth largest city in Australia, damaging 71 homes.
Authorities urged residents to ignore the forced lockdown and evacuate right away.
The fire over came large areas of land in Perth Heights, and was burning more occupied areas.
Six firefighters were slightly wounded; including one who officials sated that experienced burns and remained smoothing the flames. Though, there was no announcement of deaths or wounds till now.
