Kuwait- Spain: 10,127 new coronavirus cases, 254 deaths


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) MADRID, Dec 3 (KUNA) -- Spain's Health Ministry recorded 254 deaths and 10,127 new cases related to COVID-19 in the last 24-hours.
A statement by the Health Ministry on Thursday revealed the sum of cases recorded as 1,675,902, while deaths add up to 46,038 since the pandemic began.
Also pointing out that 47,615 cases have been diagnosed with the virus, as 1,015 deaths have been recorded in the last seven days and 113,282 in the past 14-days.
Even though there's a decline in the daily rate of COVID-19 cases, health authorities are still warning of further spread during this holiday season, announcing on Wednesday new pre-cautionary measures to be implemented between December 23 and January 6.
These measures include restricting travel out of your zone except for family gatherings and banning any meetings including more than 10 individuals, in addition to prolonging the curfew till 1:30 am on official holidays, as the country is under state of emergency until May. (end)
