Mauritania confirms 122 COVID-19 infections, toll 4,827


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) RABAT, July 4 (KUNA) -- Mauritanian Health authorities confirmed Saturday 122 new infections of coronavirus, bringing the total confirmed cases to 4,827 in the past 24 hours.
Director of public health Sidi Ould Alzehav, said, in the daily press conference, carried by Mauritanian news agency, that on fatalities were reported and the total number of fatalities remains at 129.
He pointed out that 40 patients have recovered, taking the number of recoveries to 1,805. (end)
