Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Arrives in Sultanate of Oman to Extend Condolences on Death of Sultan Qaboos bin Said 2 Muscat


(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Then, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques headed to the headquarters of the condolences at Al-Alam Palace where he was received by Sultan Haitham bin Tariq bin Taimur of the Sultanate of Oman.
The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques was also received by Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Said, Omani Deputy Prime Minister for the Cabinet Affairs; Asaad bin Tariq Al Said, Omani Deputy Prime Minister for Relations and International Cooperation, who is also the special representative of the Omani Sultan; members of the ruling family, ministers and senior officials.
The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques expressed condolences to the Sultan, their highnesses and people of Oman on the death of Sultan Qaboos bin Said, asking Allah Almighty to bestow his merciful on the soul of Sultan Qaboos bin Said.
For his part, Sultan Haitham bin Tariq bin Taimur of the Sultanate of Oman thanked the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for his noble feelings and condolences.
The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud was accompanied by Prince Khalid Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Governor of Makkah Region; Prince Khalid bin Fahd bin Khalid; Prince Mohammad bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz; Prince Talal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz; Prince Dr. Mansour bin Miteb bin Abdulaziz, Minister of the State, Member of the Cabinet and Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques; Prince Sattam bin Saud bin Abdulaziz; Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Eastern Region; Prince Faisal bin Saud bin Mohammad; Prince Dr. Hussam bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Baha Region; Prince Saud bin Salman bin Abdulaziz; Prince Abdulmajeed bin Abdul-illah bin Abdulaziz, Minister of the State and Member of the Cabinet and Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban, National Security Advisor.
Then, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques left Al-Alam Palace in Muscat.
At a gate of the palace, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques was seen off by Sultan Haitham bin Tariq bin Taimur of the Sultanate of Oman.
The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques was seen off by a number of Omani senior officials.
