(MENAFN- The Peninsula) The Prime Minister and Interior Minister H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani met yesterday with a delegation from the US Congress, including Representative from New York, Sean Maloney; Representative from Washington, Rick Larsen; and Representative from California, Nanette Barragan on the occasion of their visit to the country.
They reviewed cooperation relations between the two countries in various fields and ways of developing them, in addition to a number of regional and international issues of common concern.
The Prime Minister and Interior Minister also met yesterday with H E Minister President of Lower Saxony in Federal Republic of Germany, Stephan Weil. Bilateral cooperation relations, as well as a number of issues of common interest, were reviewed.
