Authorities said on Sunday that 3 people died and 4 others were hospitalized in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania due to unknown causes.
The victims were wearing orange wristbands.
The incident took place at around 2 a.m. as the 911 received a call from an unresponsive man in an apartment building in the south side neighborhood of the city.
5 of 7 victims were found in the apartment, one in the elevator and another in a nearby street.
