Algeria secures cooperation pact with Togo


(MENAFN) Algeria inked a memorandum of understanding with Togo aimed at forming a roadmap to look into efforts for economic relations between the two countries to achieve a rebound.

Algiers hosted the signing ceremony of the agreement which also targets improved and increased political consultations between Algeria and Togo.

Togolese Foreign Minister Robert Dussey and his Algerian counterpart Sabri Boukadoum penned the cooperation agreement.

Boukadoum highlighted talks between the two sides as a chance to "discuss all pending issues ahead of reviving the bilateral ties with Togo."

Under the deal, the two countries will further advance in their efforts to boost bilateral ties, Boukadoum further added.€ƒ
