Minister of finance in Argentina steps down

Nicolas Dujovne, finance minister of Argentina, has resigned on Saturday following a week of economic disturbance, according to Xinhua.

The ex minister wrote in this resignation letter that said "under the present circumstances," the administration "needs a significant renewal in the economic area."

The country has gone through a week of economic turmoil after shocking elections results were out on Sunday, Alberto Fernandez presidential candidate trounced Marci.

Which in turn has led into a devaluation of the Argentine peso, a national stock market crash, and many Argentine companies dropping share prices on Wall Street.
