South Korean PM visits National Museum of Qatar

DOHA: The Prime Minister of the Republic of South Korea, Lee Nak-yeon, and his accompanying delegations visited the National Museum of Qatar, where he was given detailed explanations of the treasures of the National Museum of Qatar.

During the visit, the Prime Minister of the Republic of South Korea visited the various exhibition halls, which include the beginning of the geological development of the Qatar Peninsula, its natural surroundings, the archeological sites and monuments in the archaeological sites, the life of the people of Qatar on land and coasts, and the digital exhibition.

He was also briefed about the most important pieces and collections related to pearls and jewellery design, as well as the galleries of the modern Qatari history since the discovery of oil and gas. At the end of his tour, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea signed the Gold Register of the National Museum of Qatar.
