OIC to hold ministerial meeting on Israeli violations in Jerusalem


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) JEDDAH, July 14 (KUNA) -- The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) will hold a meeting of the Extraordinary Executive Committee at the level of Foreign Ministers in Jeddah on July 17.
The meeting will discuss Israeli violations in Jerusalem, after the recent opening of the so-called "Pilgrimage Road" by Israel, located south of Silwan town of Al-Aqsa Mosque, OIC said in a statement.
The meeting will also tackle Israeli occupation authorities confiscating of many Palestinian properties in Jerusalem as part of the Israeli policy to Judaize Jerusalem, displace its people and change its Arab identity. (end)
