Jail for 2 Kuwaitis for supporting Nusra Front in Syria


(MENAFN- Arab Times) KUWAIT CITY, July 9: The Court of Cassation looked into the case of two Kuwaitis who are accused of traveling to Syria and supporting the banned Nusra Front organization, reports Al-Anba daily.

The Court sentenced one of the men to 10 years and the other to two years imprisonment.

The two accused were referred to trial after being charged by the Public Prosecution with carrying out hostile act against a foreign state by joining the 'terrorist' organization and training in the use of weapons, arms and explosives.
