Libya: army forces kill 12 Daesh terrorists during surprise attack


(MENAFN) On Friday, Libya's east-based army proclaimed that as many as 12 Daesh terrorists were murdered in southern Libya.

The army's information department emphasized in a statement that the army, "carried out a surprise attack against IS remnants hiding in Haruj mountains, and killed more than 12 terrorists of a group called the Lonely Wolves".

The statement added that the army forces also completely damaged six vehicles and confiscated many others.

It affirmed that the terrorists that were concealing inside Haruj Mountains in southern Libya are responsible for a number of terrorist attacks in the area.
