LOS ANGELES - June 6, 2019 -PRLog-- The first-ever Ghostbusters Fan Fest, presented by Wizard World today announced its entertainment schedule for the live event, Saturday on the famed Sony Pictures Studio Lot in Culver City, Calif. Fans will thrill to a non-stop series of interactive experiences, live music, costumes, dancing, meetups, stilt walkers and more all day, with Wizard World's own Kato Kaelin serving as host and emcee.
The full immersive experience of everything Ghostbusters starts for fans the second they arrive at the Lot. Some of the highlights on stage and around the grounds include:
• Brass bands playing songs from the films and other 80s hits
• "slime" station – make your own slime!
• costumed characters, including roller-skaters giving out free themed swag
• live music by Flux Capacitors Band and DJ
• LA Follies Dancers
• dancing and line dance lesson hosted by Afeenix
• fan groups sporting giveaways
• fire-eating Gozer
• Ghostbusters trivia
• contortionist
• music by theme song singer-songwriter Ray Parker Jr. and more.
Stars Dan Aykroyd (Dr. Raymond Stantz) and Ernie Hudson (Winston Zeddemore), director Ivan Reitman, Jason Reitman, the director and co-writer (with Gil Kenan) of Sony Pictures' upcoming 2020 Ghostbusters film, and Parker Jr. are all confirmed to attend. The Reitmans and Paul Feig (director, Ghostbusters (2016)) will conduct a first-ever Director's Panel spanning all four films on Saturday.
