(MENAFN- Newsroom Panama) The number pf vehicles heading for the interior of Panama on Holy Weekend, climbed to 94,667 between 8 a.m. on Thursday, and early Saturday, April 20, reports the Transit and Land Transport Authority (ATTT).
The entity has called on the population to drive with prudence and caution.
During the weekend a 35,000 member Task Force (FTC) carries out €œOperation Kraken€, to provide security to the hundreds of thousands of citizens and visitor moving through the country.
The Civil Protection System (Sinaproc) has asked citizens to visit the aquatic areas covered by FTC agents. and to follow that the recommendations of the lifeguards in the supervised areas where warning flags may be in place.
