Kuwait oil price drops 99 cents to USD 66.26 pb


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, March 26 (KUNA) -- The price of Kuwaiti oil went down 99 cents to USD 66.26 per barrel (pb) Monday after being at USD 67.25 pb last Friday, said the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) Tuesday.
In global markets, oil prices varied on Monday due to continued fears of slowdown in the global economy and shortage in US crude supplies.
Meanwhile, the price of the Brent crude rose by 18 cents to USD 67.21 pb, while the West Texas Intermediate decreased by 22 cents to USD 58.82 pb. (end) osj.gaa
