(MENAFN) Thai police on Thursday declared that they have busted drugs with an estimated worth of USD 25 million in the late three drug cases.
Up to 8 million methamphetamine pills, 2,070 grams of crystal meth and 1,546 grams of cocaine were confiscated in the raid.
Four suspects were nabbed and another suspect has died in the raid, according to the police.
In the first case, three hill tribe men were detained and charged with possessing illicit drugs for trade, one of which has died in clashes with police in Thailand's northern Chiang Rai Province.
