Rishabh Pant has received a golden opportunity to showcase his skills in ODI cricket after being handed a place in the squad for the upcoming series against Australia.
Pant was drafted into the team ahead of Dinesh Karthik.
Now it's time for the southpaw to show why he deserves to play the World Cup.

In an interview, Pant said he has played cricket all his life and he knows how to play in different kind of situations.
"By now, at least this much I know how to play in what situation. Sometimes you have to curb your instincts, that is also important. At the end of the day, you have to score runs. Can't play just to survive."
