(MENAFN) The Palestinian Authority (PA) decided to deny any humanitarian assistance from the United States following its funds suspension to UNRWA.
According to the PA, taking an American aid will caused the administration to see legal penalties.
Senior negotiator Saeb Erekat unveiled that the PA "sent an official letter to the US administration requesting it stop all aid to the PA, including assistance to the Palestinian security services."
It comes after U.S. President Trump promised to halt all aid to Palestinians, with U.S.-funded initiatives slowly being phased out.
