Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia to create platform for studying Russia's influence on population in occupied territories


(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia will create a platform for studying hybrid methods of Russia's influence on the population of Russian-occupied territories.

Vice Prime Minister for Reintegration of the Republic of Moldova Cristina Lesnic, Minister for the Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine Vadym Chernysh and State Minister for Reconciliation andCivic Equality of Georgia Ketevan Tsikhelashvili agreed on this issue during a trilateral meeting in Chisinau, the press service of the Embassy of Ukraine in Moldova reported.

"The parties reached an agreement on creating a Ukraine-Moldova-Georgia platform to develop common approaches to study and analyze hybrid methods of influence of the Russian Federation on the population in the occupied territories and to develop mechanisms to counter this influence," the report reads.

As reported, Minister for the Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine Vadym Chernysh paid a visit to Moldova on November 12-13.
