Omani industrial park to see business of 40 Iranian companies

(MENAFN) Oman's major industrial park was announced to be welcoming the operation of forty construction firms from Iran.

It comes after Oman's government and the Iranian Embassy inked an agreement for cooperation between the two countries.

The agreement enables specialized Iranian construction companies to provide and put their goods on sale in the sultanate.

The news was declared by Iran's Ambassador to Oman Mohammad Reza Nouri Shahroudi, as reported Eghtesdonline.

The envoy stated: "due to good level of relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Sultanate of Oman, and many shared values, cultural proximity, geographical adjacency and ever-increasing economic and trade ties in the past two years, we consider this contract a good opportunity for Iranian construction companies to participate in the Omani market."
