The comedian-turned-actor will be marrying his girlfriend Ginni Chatrath on December 12 in Jalandhar.
According to some media reports, Ginni had put forward a condition to Kapil before she agreed for the wedding.

Notably, speculations about Kapil and Ginni's wedding were rife for a while now.
In fact, both the families were, reportedly, waiting for the couple to take the plunge.
However, Ginni wanted Kapil to quit alcohol before the wedding.
"Ginni had promised to consider marriage only after Kapil cleaned up his act. Now, he is completely off alcohol," a source reportedly told a leading daily.

Meanwhile, Kapil can't stop gushing about his lady love these days.
Talking about the love of his life, Kapil revealed that he has known Ginni for a decade.
He also stated that Ginni is his better half.
"I fell in love with her first, then my mother fell in love with her and that's when I felt I should make it official," Kapil added.

Reportedly, Kapil and Ginni will be having a big fat wedding in Punjab.
The comedian-turned-actor stated that though he wanted it to keep the wedding low profile, it will be a lavish affair on demand of the 'ladki walas'.
The reports further suggest that Kapil-Ginni's wedding will be a starry affair, and will be followed by a grand reception on December 14.
