Saudi King thanks Turkish Pres. for welcoming a joint searching group


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) RIYADH, Oct 14 (KUNA) -- Saudi Arabia King Salman bin Abdul-Aziz Al-Saud thanked Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan over a phone call on Sunday for welcoming the Kingdom's proposal of forming a joint searching group regarding the disappearance of Saudi citizen Jamal Khashoggi.
The Saudi news agency (SPA) quoted King Salman affirming the Kingdom's keenness in its relations with Turkey as much as Turkey value these brotherly ties.
For his part, the Turkish president expressed his appreciation to the historic and distinguished brotherly relations between the two countries and peoples, asserting keenness to develop and boost such ties. (end) mdm.aa
