OECD forecasts slow economic growth in Spain

(MENAFN) The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) is expecting Spain to see a reduced speed in the growth of its economy.

In its recent index, OECD attributed its forecast to the decline Spain recorded in its economic growth in August, when it hit 98.94 points compared to 99.25 in July.

Spain witnessed the most major decline compared to other EU countries which posted a minor drop in the index.

The OECD unveiled that 'the indicator for Spain points to a slowdown in the growth momentum.'
