(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will take part in the opening ceremony of the Bloor West Village Toronto Ukrainian Festival on Saturday.
This information was confirmed at the office of the Prime Minister of Canada, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
The Head of Government is expected to personally address the participants in the festival and the Ukrainian community of Canada on the whole.
The largest Ukrainian culture festival in the North America - Bloor West Village will be held in Canadian Toronto this weekend. Although the entertainment program kicked off on Friday night, the official opening ceremony will take place on Saturday. The visitors will have the opportunity to taste Ukrainian cuisine, listen to bands DoVira, Bossonizh, ZAPOVID, Rokash and many others. The festival's program also includes the theatrical performances, movie screenings, fashion shows and even staging of the Got to be Free musical about the Revolution of Dignity.
