DOHA: Ooredoo announced yesterday that it is the Official Sponsor of 2018 Al Hamla Endurance Cup.
The Endurance Cup began yesterday in Marathon village on Sealine Sands and 90 competitors are taking part.
Races include 100 KM, 80 KM and 40 KM, with prizes award to first place in each category.
Talking about the event, Manar Khalifa Al Muraikhi, Director of PR and Corporate Communications, Ooredoo Qatar, said: 'The Al Hamla Endurance Cup is an amazing opportunity for families to see the beauty of Qatar's deserts as well as some of our country's top horses and riders. We hope all riders and horses completed the race in good health and congratulate the winners on their stamina and focus.
This is the latest in a line of community events Ooredoo will support in 2018, as the company continue to invest in keeping Qatar's traditional and cultural events alive.
