Dubai bank acquires two German logistics facilities


(MENAFN) Dubai investment bank Rasmala was revealed to have purchased a couple of logistics facilities in Germany for $185 million with Amazon's new logistics centre in Dortmund among them.

The bank has acquired the Amazon centre for $145 million while also acquiring a $40 million logistics centre let to a subsidiary of Decathlon, the sports goods retailer.

The facilities are both placed in the new Grade A Westfalenhuette logistics park, north-east of Dortmund, Germany.

The acquisition was concluded by Rasmala's asset management subsidiary, Rasmala Investment Bank, as confirmed by the London-listed (AIM) firm.
