Magtymguly Bayramdurdiev has been appointed as deputy minister of agriculture and water resources of Turkmenistan, according to a decree by the country's president.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of Turkmenistan was established to reform the country's agro-industrial complex, and further enhance its effectiveness.
