(MENAFN) A recent study found UAE investors to still favor properties as their investment asset.
Investors who intend to invest in the UAE property were found to make 40% of the country's residents, while 18% found to be determined to invest overseas, according to IP Global's annual YouGov survey.
The findings confirmed property investment to have topped stocks, shares or bonds as it indicates a major attraction to real estate, perhaps as a result of the steady and reliable returns provided by property investment.
