AMMAN —AlGhad— Former Representative Member of Parliament, Mahmoud Kharabsheh uncovered to AlGhad today, Tuesday, that he is in the middle of filing a complaint against German channel, DW-TV, for contempt of Jordan. Kharabsheh recently featured on a debate episode in Amman on harassment in Jordan, which ended with his withdrawal after clashing with the moderator.
A video circulating the Social Media showed the former MP addressing a 21-year old female sharing her harassment in a manner deemed by the moderator as disrespectful.
According to Kharabsheh, the charges he filed include distorting Jordan's image and violating the publishing and printing codes.
