Riyadh, 19 Safar,1439 AH, 08 November,2017 , SPA -- The Secretary General of Muslim World League (MWL) Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa has received here a Belgian delegation headed by Deputy Foreign Minister Derek Ashton in the presence of Belgian Ambassador to the Kingdom Geert Criel.
Dr. Al-Issa briefed the delegation on the League's efforts in combating extremism, supporting moderation and strengthening cultural ties between peoples. He stressed the adoption of many intellectual and dialogue programs that achieve its new vision of civilized communication between the Islamic World and the peoples of the world.
For his part, the Belgian Deputy Foreign Minister paid tribute to the new vision of the League, its transparent approach and efforts to support programs of cultural and intellectual integration.
