Through the given projects, Stella Maris is a main luxury water front development in Dubai Marina that will cover 313 high-end residences ranging from one- to three-bedroom units.
In addition, the 52-storey development will be located amid walking distance of public transportation options involving Dubai Metro and Dubai Tram.
Meanwhile, another project in progress is Bloom Heights, a mixed-use development in Dubai's Jumeirah Village Circle, which will contain two high-rise towers.
