Mumbai based Dinesh Tripathi is to be new President of FISME

New Delhi, Mar 23 (KNN) Mumbai based Dinesh Chandra Tripathi has been elected as the new President of Federation of Indian Micro and Small & Medium Enterprises (FISME), the leading federation of 5 crore strong MSME sector of India.

At a meeting of FISME Central Executive Committee held on 22nd March, 2017, members unanimously voted for 48 year old Tripathi, a first generation dynamic entrepreneur from Mumbai. The meeting was conducted by Election Officer Ashok Agarwal.

A Post Graduate in Commerce having a degree in Cost Management Accounts and a qualified Company Secretary, Dinesh Tripathi is Managing Director of a medium sized glass processing unit based in Mumbai.

NSD Global, which Tripathi established a decade ago, is a producer of variety of safety and art glass products used for applications in the field of Architecture and Structural engineering. The products have made a niche market for themselveson the strength of quality and innovation.

Before becoming President Tripathi has held position of Vice President of FISME. He also holds the position of Honorary Secretary of the Federation of Safety Glass (FOSG), the apex body of safety glass manufacturers in India..

Appreciating the contributions of Dinesh Tripathi to the cause of the MSME sector, Dr Sangam Kurade, the outgoing President, FISME, mentioned 'Mr. Tripathi has been actively participating in different activities of FISMEand we trust that his administrative, techno-commercial and organizational skills will definitely bring more value to FISME.

'We join hands to welcome him as a President of this organization and pledge for all the support towards his endeavour to address constraints of MSMEs, mentioned Dr. Kurade in his welcome tweets for the new President .

Besides his entrepreneurial success, Shri Tripathi is quite active in social life and is in midst of establishing a large educational complex to provide education for children in Sultanpur-Pratapgarh rural belt in Uttar Pradesh.
